 | Orlando Epting President/Founder eptingo@50thStreetYouthProgram.org In 1983 when Boy Scouts of America Troop 647 was organized in the South Central Los Angeles area, Orlando Epting became their first Scoutmaster. Over the 17 years of its history, Orlando held many leadership positions in the Troop and Pack. During 10 of those years, he also held assistant leadership and or support positions in the Girl Scout Troops 280, 321, 1432 and 305. Since the early 2000's, Orlando has proudly led 50th Street Youth Program in mentoring and supporting scouting Packs and Troops (girls and boys) within our community. |
